Package was delivered with timeframe mentioned. Directions were pretty straightforward and easy to understand. Nice that it has all the steps explained down to sending it back. Made it easy to know I had all the necessary prices included. I got test results back a couple days sooner than expected and they were very easy to review. I would definitely use EverlyWell again!

I am really happy with the results of this test & how fast I received them! It was easy to do & the results came back very clear. And, I had another holistic office tell me about an issue I have with dairy & this was the top result in my test here. I feel like it validated the accuracy. And, I found a couple additional foods that I would never have thought to be an issue! I would recommend to anyone looking to find reactions to foods.

Just got my food sensitivity test results back and never had any idea I had an issue with eggs... no wonder I always felt bad no matter what I avoided! Simple & easy. I always thought my stomach was sensitive to cheese on pizza, but come to find out I have a gluten and wheat sensitivity. I've cut the foods out that came back with moderate sensitivity & my stomach has been feeling so much better!! Way easier than setting up an appt, going to the to doctors office, then having them tell you to keep a journal for 2 weeks of what you eat.

I have digestive issues, and I have been prescribed medication to correct the issue. Everlywell has now given me the information I need to eliminate foods that possibly cause my digestive problems and discomfort and hopefully i can move forward with the results of my test and improve my quality of life.

What's great is how easy it was to complete at home. I found the data results very interesting. But what can be confusing is the green normal reactive category. I seem to have some higher numbers in that section that makes me consider eliminating those items as well. Any number can initiate a IgG response- even if it's a low number I don't understand why it's not considered.

I received my kit very soon after ordering it. I followed the directions, mailed it back and three days later I received my results. I did have a lot of foods show up, pretty much everything I eat has a sensitivity but to figure out the culprit I will look into an elimination diet that I can manage.

I have been dealing with gastric problems for years. As I have thyroid disease, my medical professionals have really stressed "gluten free". The IGG test shows that my gluten sensitivity is very low but my dairy is high. After one week of no dairy I am already feeling better. It also shows that my yeast sensitivity is moderately high, which explained why some things with gluten bother and some do not. I wish I had this test 10 years earlier! My husband also did this test and his results were completely different, which helped me to feel it is a legitimate test.
