Very simple instructions on how to use the food sensitivity test. Fast results! The only thing I had a hard time with was to use the lancet on myself. I just couldn't seem to get over the fear of it hurting (I'm a big baby). Ended up having a friend do it for me.........and it did NOT hurt at all. So quick and easy.

I have been having concerning issues about food sensitivities for quite some time. I decided to invest in the food sensitivity test to affirm my concerns. Well, In light of my results, I'm particularly overwhelmed by finding out the types of foods that I show sensitivity to. The thought of eliminating those foods is daunting because I would need a personal chef to teach me how to live a life without the foods I eat and cook with everyday. There is something to be said about food sensitivity and inflammation so I want to do this but I am completely paralyzed by where to begin. I hope I can find my way.

Ok, quick warning to people, getting your fingers to produce enough drops of blood is not easy, I recommend the outside of your pinkie finger, that seemed to work best. But the service was incredibly fast, and I was not surprised by most of my results, but the few that I was surprised by I found most interesting. The quality and speed of the service was top notch though!

I suffered through numerous test to try and find the cause of my gastrointestinal problems.
