This was SO EASY to use, it was idiot proof. Follow the directions & mail, doesn't get much easier that and then you get results. It may not be what you expect but it is interesting & sometimes amusing. It reaffirmed my dislike of asparagus, so there!!

I would recommend anyone who has IBS, who has struggled for years with poor digestive health, had so many tests but nothing confirmed conclusive as to why their tummy hurt ALL! THE! TIME! I was very interested in finding out what foods my body is sensitive too, because I do find myself feeling bloated sometimes and uncomfortable, and I just cant put my finger on what can be making me feel this way, now I know which foods might be causing these reactions! I am really interested in getting some of the other kits that are available too!

I took the food sensitivity test and got my results within a couple of days of sending the test out. I ordered because I had been having incredibly painful belly episodes where I would just be toppled over in pain. My results said to cut out dairy, eggs, and gluten/wheat. I started this 10 days ago and I cannot explain the relief I feel. I am so much more comfortable with no belly issues at all. Order and see your results! I will say my GI was extremely skeptical, but I am chalking that up to her wanting to fix my issues with a whole bunch of tests rather than a quick diet change.

The test was quick and easy to do. I found out I had a high sensitivity to something I was eating daily. It took me by surprise, but I'm happy to know now what's been upsetting my stomach. I only gave it four stars because it took longer than ten days to receive the results.

I would recommend having someone help you and definitely eating a little something before collecting your sample if your squeamish like me! It was super simple and only took about 2 minutes to finish. Delivery of my sample took a little longer than expected due to the holiday rush but I can't hold that against everlywell! At 36 years old, out of the blue, I started getting cystic acne ALL over my cheeks. I mean bad. It was really affecting my self esteem. I have a tree nut allergy, but was wondering if there were another type of nut that I was not allergic to and was in fact eating that was causing me severely itchy areas on my legs. The test showed moderate sensitivity to cashews. I suspected and am glad I know!
