It is so nice to finally see what foods could actually be causing some of my problems. There were some foods I expected to see and some that would have never crossed my mind. I can guarantee, no matter how much food journaling I do, I would have not figured all of these sensitivities our. I am looking forward to seeing health changes when I eliminate the culprits

I truly believed the results when I got them! I have had issues with yeast for over 20 years and when Brewer's and Baker's yeast came back as the food that I was most reactive to--I knew this test worked. I have avoided dairy on and off for many years now--always feeling better off dairy and it was reassuring knowing that Cow's milk came back as a food that I was sensitive to. Loved this test so much that I bought it for my family for Christmas and ordered myself the expansion test too.

It was interesting to find out that out of 92 foods tested that I was only moderately/mildly sensitive to 5, including tuna, of all things - never would have guessed. (However I had noticed that I did not digest canned tuna well in recent years so I stopped eating it.) It's a relief to know I was not highly sensitive to anything - no elimination diet in my future - whew! Great peace of mind to know for sure what I am and am not sensitive to. The blood test was very quick and easy to do. Got my results in about 2 weeks.

I would not buy this product again! I really have many problems with my diet, there are many foods that give me inflammation and discomfort but the result said that there was no sensitivity to practically any food! only a low sensitivity with chicken and fish that was the only thing I had eaten the days before the analysis and that did not cause me discomfort at all. Really very disappointed.

I was amazed to learn I was "off the chart" for egg white sensitivity, and will be cutting my use of eggs in half at least for now. Since I did this test shortly after breakfast, it might be better to have done the test first thing in the morning. In spite of instructions and using the two devices, I couldn't get enough blood to drip on the paper and had to resort to pressing my finger multiple times right to the paper.

This system was easy to use and understand. The ease of receiving and returning the test was great for my busy lifestyle. Plus, I was able to bypass the doctor's, the waiting, the phone calls. The results were emailed and the report was extensive and understandable. I would do this test again and try others.

I have been searching for the cause of my inflammation for over 8 years, and this test now confirms what I had suspected, but been told by all my doctors was not possible. I am patiently waiting for the inflammation and rash to calm down. It has been almost 3 weeks without eggs.
