I've heard of EverlyWell's Food Sensitivity Test for a few months prior to finally purchasing it and I'm so glad I did. For years I haven't been able to get many answers as to why I felt sluggish, and most of the answers I got were "Oh it's stress" instead of hey it might be your diet. This test gave me the perfect start to looking for answers when it comes to what effects me in negative ways, foodwise. Starting the two-part elimination diet and hoping things get better from there!

For the last 6months I've been seeing doctors for stomach pain and no one could tell me what it was. My doctor didn't believe me when I said I think I need to be tested for food allergies. So I took matters into my own hands and used everlywell and my experience has been great. Now I can prove that my doctor needs to believe me. I know my body best.

I have always thought dairy was an issue as I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Come to find out I was right. However, I'm also sensitive to walnuts, Canteloupe, pineapple, and Sunflower (would have never guessed). So many health foods that are dairy free contain sunflower. This helped target my issues and now I'm committed to eat what's best for my body.

Was suffering from some hive like spots and itching over the past couple of months. Figured it MIGHT be too much dairy, non-organic dairy in major coffee chain coffee that I'd started drinking plus cheese for lunch, etc. Super easy ordering and testing process (finger pricking for blood sample). Quick turnaround (about 5 days from shipping sample) for results. I do think the explanation pages on the website could use improvement. Lots of questions on the Facebook community page from folks who don't quite understand the antibody/food sensitivity test results. Overall though, the results did confirm what I'd thought, plus a bit more. Great way to kick of figuring out triggers and food sensitivities from the comfort of your home!

I completed the test the morning after receiving it. It was fairly easy. My issues were after the pinprick, the blood ran down the sides of my finger and made a mess, making it hard to contain it in the circles. If I do this again, I'd practice first.

The test comes straight to your mail, which is so convenient. It also comes with prepaid shipping, so no extra charge when you send it out to be tested. I found the test itself extremely easy to take/use and my results were exactly as I thought they'd be. It's nice to have peace of mind as to what I should avoid eating!
