I did not get the answers I expected, but I did get more information than expected. I'm going to order the test for inflammation, next. The food allergy test has broadened my awareness and made it more clear than ever that we need to simplify our diets.

This test was very easy to perform, submit and read and understand results. Cannot testify to results yet as I am just starting to eliminate some of the foods that I reacted to. I have been tested in the past by someone else and those offenders did show up on this test as issue also. Dairy, wheat and gluten.

I was very surprised at the results of my test. I have had food issues most of my life, but more so in the last 10 years. I was expecting High Reactivity for a lot of foods but had none. Only 1 on the moderate level which I did not know I was sensitive to it. Don't eat it often, but thinking back, yes it did affect me. Most of the foods on the Mild list I did know I cannot have, but there were a few that surprised me. Gives me a great idea of what to do with my diet. This is a very informative test.

I learned some things about some mild food allergies that I have. All great information and will definitely inform my food choices going forward. I found the instructions both on how to prepare the sample, package and post the sample and read/interpret the results somewhat lacking and requiring a bit of effort. A little step by step guide would have been helpful, especially in packing and mailing the sample which was not clear at all. Overall, though, a good test and interesting result.

I did the sensitivity testing. I had trouble getting enough blood and sent a photo of my card to CS on a Friday evening. They replied on Saturday to let me know the lab would be able to look at it on Monday. The lab responded promptly on Monday that my sample was OK. I was very impressed with a response on Saturday and how quickly the lab responded Monday. After sending my sample in, it was processed quickly and the results online were easy to read and download for both myself and my physician. I was surprised to see Lobster & Crab listed as things I'm sensitive to so I did some digging. One of the supplements I take contains both as ingredients. It's amazing it can detect such things. The results will make it much easier for me to eliminate some foods so that I can finally discover what is causing me problems.

The product was very easy to use! The hardest part was taking the sample of blood as the little poker device just pokes your finger enough to draw a little amount of blood. It didn't really hurt at all but the tiny poke made it a bit difficult to draw enough blood to easily fill the circles on the card. The packaging was foolproof and very secure. Communications from the day I registered to now have been exemplary. The results of my test were easy to see and well organized. All in all, a fantastic learning experience! Now I can take these results and modify my eating habits to see just what causes me to feel bad and make knowledgeable adjustments!

I loved how quick and easy the process was. The results arrived right on time! I do wish that it was a more thorough test and that you did not have to pay extra for additional food sensitivities. I found that some of the low level sensitivities were a bit random, but it is very interesting to find this information out!

I purchased this product to learn my food sensitivities as I continue to transition to a healthier lifestyle. For years I noticed when I eat certain foods, I would get bloated, legs swollen or I would gain weight. I am happy I took the test because it showed me even though I was eating healthy, things like egg whites and nuts aren't my friend. I now have control over my body and my health thanks to the food sensitivity test. Thank you.

My test came quickly, I preformed it the same day and mailed it back the following day (Thursday). They received the test Saturday and I got my results by Tuesday. It was super easy - easy to follow directions. My results were not as I suspected at all. I'm curious not to try eliminating these foods and see if my condition improves. Very happy that I did it.

I've been told i have zero allergies so it was reassuring to see that the EverlyWell food sensitivity test confirmed my issues with Cinnamon and dairy!!! Big eye opener on other foods I had no idea were causing me issues. I'm thankful for this test and the light it has shed on my digestive issues!
