It has three different cooling settings as well as three different speeds. Not only does it cool you down, but it also has a heat setting which would feel nice if you have a sore neck. The neck AC has 2 settings: fan and cooling and has 3 power levels for each. The fan can get loud but it’s as expected for a fan that’s sitting right next to your ears. The cooling feature for the fan doesn’t get as cold as I thought it would which was a little disappointing. The plates on the inside of the neck AC are nice and cool though. Since summer is coming up, I see this as a useful product to help with cooling down.

Shaped like a horseshoe with padding around the back it has two fans on either side along with cooling plates that run along the backside of your neck. Pushing the on off button changes the fan speed and there is also a temperature control to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. It has a long-lasting charge and the charging cable comes with the unit though you will need to provide your own plug. This has been added to my post-workout routine as a way to help me cool down. Also comes in a hard shell carrying case which makes it great for travel.
