Back has no support in any position. Can not lift footrest without reclining. Overall look and design is nice. Motor and moving parts are smooth and quiet. It's just really really uncomfortable.

Was not totally happy with the chair. Recline button is awkward and hard to reach. Does not recline enough for me. I wish I would have been able to try this out first.

Very comfortable!! Just wish the off switch tl tirn the chair off was in one of the storage compartments and not in the back, other then that this chair is a must buy. Well worth the 299.00 on sale!!!!

The chair itself came together very easily, but i thought it was going to arrive put together. I purchased it for my elderly father. We had to find someone to put it together for him.

Power plug and USB outlets inside the arm rest didn't work. Chair is smaller than I thought it would be. I'm 5'10" and my legs hang over the leg rest by a foot.

The chair itself is sturdy and looks great. Some of the charger ports aren’t working. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be delivered to my email and it never showed up.

Chairs fairly stiff and when you recline there is no head cushioned to keep your head up. However, I like how you press a button to recline in the sit-up. Also, The Price was great.

Love my new recliner. The price was great and it arrived on time and everything works. I am able to charge my cellphone and place my drinks in the cup holder. Great product at a wonderful price.
