The chairs are great. the only thing that is bad, is the charging port should be on the outside of the chair and not on the inside. reason when charging, if you don't thing about you can bend the wire for charging.

USB and aux power port

USB ports and power plug inside right arm rest do not work. The external usb port on outside of right armrest does work. Otherwise, chair is comfortable and easy to assemble

Love these chairs.

We received our 2 grey chairs yesterday and absolutely love them. The only problem we’re having is the USB and plug in the are rest is not working. I don’t know what to do to fix this. Would have rated it a 5 but with this problem have it a 4 star.
