I have a 15 year old bottle and its silky smooth. Ages very well and taste great over ice or mixed with a little sweet tea. 

We have tried many brands but will drink Jameson Irish Whiskey if given a choice. Jameson is the only whiskey allowed at our house.

I used to be able to do shots of this when I was younger. Definitely has a bite to it. But not the worst thing I've done a shot of.
