Compared to expensive Scotch whiskeys, like Johnny Walker Black Label and Blue Label, this Irish whiskey holds its own. About 5 times cheaper and just as smooth. A friend overseas who is a connoisseur of whiskeys had suggested this to me.

A great Whiskey. I love to drink this as a press. With water on ice a splash of 7-up.just a little. I am not a purest d of drinking my whiskey neat. But I WILL make an exception for Jameson. It is very smooth. Especially on the front end. It can have a little burn on the back end but that is what makes Jameson, Jameson.

Switched to Jameson 2 years ago after not able to find my old standby. Wow the smooth taste will get you, straight or over neat my new favorite.
