I should have read the reviews. This pepper grinder is the worst!!! Just like so many others have stated the top comes off for no reason and peppercorns fall all over the place ruining your meal. What an irritating joke this is. I’m a pepper holic and this was so disappointing. DON’T WASTE YOIR MONEY !!! I only gave 1 star as you can’t give it any less.

I usually love these grinders and have never had an issue until today. While I was (unaggressivly) cracking over my baked potato the top came off and the peppercorns FLEW all over my dinner plate, my counter, and my floor. It ruined my dinner and was a mess to clean up.

Similar to another customer's comments, the packaging is minimal for glass containers. One of the seals was broken and salt spilled into the box. I'm surprised Sam's doesn't have better quality control in their shipping department. Other than that, the product is great quality, as I usually find with Sam's.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago and I am happy with it. I have one question; where do these peppercorns come from? On the bottle, it just says "Distributed by Sam's West...", doesn't say anything about which country produced these peppercorns. Does anybody know?

I bought this grinder for display but i was forced to use it when my husband decided to cook up a brisket... it grinds the perfect size to marinade a brisket with (kosher salt and pepper) A bit to large for any other dishes. I always use the small size grinder, still too large. So keep that in mind before purchasing. But it definitely gets the job done faster than other grinders I've used ;)

Cap arrived broken

I bought this in hopes of saving money, but the grinder itself is awful. On the fine setting, the pepper is extremely coarse. Back to McCormick

Will continue to purchase, love this product! Wish it stayed in stock more because I will go to buy and most of the time the shelve is bare of them.

Have bought 3 of these and all 3 have broken before you get halfway through the peppercorns. The plastic doesn't hold up and is cheaply made. Get yourself a real grinder and thank me later.

The overall product is great. The problem is that it only has 4 levels of grinding and the lowest setting is still very coarse, not fine ground. Other than that, it is a great product.
