During downsizing we got rid of our large knife collection. I purchased an Asian knife brand but was not happy at all. Back to the best, back to Henckels!

I bought a set from a competitor last year and I knew it was a mistake on the first cut but these knives are SHARP! They have a good weight to them. I use one or more of these every single day!
