The item is titled members Mark 99% pure chlorine tablets, but even on the front it states it’s only 90% chlorine. That’s a big difference.

Excellent Product. The 3 inch tablets slowly dissolve and do their job. We tried other major brands, but they did not compare. The individual wrappers keep moisture out to make tablets stay fresher longer. It is well worth the unwrapping. I wish the price were lower on everything including pool tablets> However, Sam's Club beats most other stores by $50.00. Thanks, Sam's Club.

Wife bought these at Chillicothe , Ohio club #4963 this morning. Got them home (45 minutes away) and very surprised to find that half of the tablets (bottom half) were crushed, bags tore open, etc... Called the club and they stated that they had not received any other complaints about this. Admittedly, it's largely probably out of their control, but it's a LOT of money just thrown away (and so is having a pool in general)

You think you are saving money but you ARE NOT! These have imbalanced our pool to the point that our only option is to drain and refill. The CYA levels are 133 where they should be 20 - 50ppm. We have not had this issues in the past 3 years until this year when we changed to this brand of tablets. Highly recommend doing your research before you switch to this brand. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We have no idea which region of the country the Sam's Clubs are located which customers are stating prices were raised higher than advertised on the Member's Mark Chlorinating Tablets 40 lbs. Therefore, even with a $30 discount they realized no significant savings. We live in FL and have found no better price on 40 pounds of Chlorinating Tablets than our local Sam's Club and believe me we have searched. Advertised price was $179.98 with $30 off for a total of $149.98. Price seems higher than prior to the 2020-2022 devastation of two chemical plants, one due to Hurricane Laura in LA and another due to a fire in NJ. However, everything costs more in this economy. Finally, we were able to afford the bulk purchase of the Chlorine Tabs for our pool thanks to our Sam's Club sale. Upon opening the bucket, we were absolutely delighted to find the Tabs are individually wrapped again. So delighted we went back and purchased another bucket before the sale ended. We have rarely been displeased with any purchase from or Sam's Club. However, in those extremely rare instances, our Sam's Club has offered and provided refunds. We have no complaints and nothing but praise regarding our local Sam's Club, our Manager and Staff who work there. They are always eager to help and very polite. Thank you Sam's.

These were about fifty cents cheaper a pound then any where else I could find. Individually wrapped just like the 3" tablets I usually purchase which I appreciate. I prefer the reduced odor when opening the lid and protection when handling them. They keep the pool crystal clear :)
