I generally like my coffee strong and full bodied, but not 'burnt'. I like bold coffee, but not a heavy roast. Can't stand Starbuck's regular coffee, but like McDonalds newer blends. Anyhow, this is by far my favorite brand of k-cups, with Deidrich's or Tully's French roast a close second. I try lots of others, but always come back to the Hawaiian blend.

This is really good! I enjoy this the most of any K-cup or Vue coffees that I have tried which is many over the past few years. I was a little skeptical to purchase this at first because I typically purchase dark brews. With the ability to set the Vue on a strong setting I get a robust flavor without any of the bitterness some dark roasts provide. This smells wonderful and tastes delicious. I brew this on 10oz size and Strong setting.

Growing up in Seattle I have been very well educated and one of the first to experience gourmet coffee much earlier than allot of the country. Starbucks, Seattles Best, and many cart baristas from the 80's really set the bar until they started double pop roasting leaving most the blends with a thick, burnt taste...and then Tom Tully opened and was my savior! Kona was my favorite, however since the Kona harvest has left the market in high demand and thus it is never ins tock, I tried the Hawaiian and wow...just as good as the Kona! Smooth, bold, deep taste that is very enjoyable. Some have asked what the difference is..Kona is grown ON Kona, and Hawaiin is a blend from that incorporates other island crops as well. Simply Delicious!

We are on our third order of Tully's Coffee. While I love the flavor, there are major issues with quality control. The K cups are filthy dirty inside all of the boxes, I have to wipe them down prior to use with a paper towels. Also I have grounds spilling out into the coffee cup where they are not remaining in their filter.

I am a flavored coffee drinker, but tried this coffee after my husband ordered it. Much to my surprise, I love it. It is smooth, mellow, and not at all bitter. It is wonderful with flavored creamers. It is the only non-flavored coffee I drink and find it quite enjoyable.

It's funny, adding the Socially/Environmentally Conscious attribute and then using the K-Cups seems a bit of a contradiction, but I digress... Anyway, I bought this as a potential substitute for the Kona blends, of which I had a couple of different ones. I don't find that this one quite stacks up to the Kona blends I had. It's not quite as smooth in the middle nor long lasting at the finish. However, it does have layers to its flavors and a bit of that natural (not sugary) sweetness (almost nuttiness) that the Kona blends have. It is an Extra Bold variety, though a Medium roast. I'd say it's a tad on the darker side of medium, which I like. There's a hint of burnt flavor, which is why I say it's not as smooth as the Kona blends. The Hawaiian Blend does have similarities, so if you liked the Kona, this may do it for you, and it's a very good coffee on its own, but for me, it's a slight step down from the Kona blend.

Lots of interesting flavors (n addition to the coffee), and enough of it to make you feel that you've had a cup of coffee, and not some watery infusion. This is the "go-to" coffee in our house - we keep some other flavors for a change of pace, and for company, but Tully's Hawaiian blend is the hands-down favorite.

I ordered the sample pack of this to try and I enjoyed it very much. I love Kona blend coffees and this was similar. I'm not sure the exact blend on this, but it does have a nice medium-dark balance with a great aroma. It has a slight bitter aftertaste to me, but it wasn't enough to make me want to stop drinking it. Very good blend to try.

I was really looking forward to trying this, since I haven't been able to get kona coffee for a while. I was unpleasantly surprised by the burnt taste I encountered. It was definitely over-roasted. My husband noticed the same thing. Terrible. Will not buy again!

I've been drinking black coffee for over 30 years now. Although it would be nice to have Kona each day, I do not live in Hawaii and it would be cost prohibitive, Tully's Hawaiian Blend is the PERFECT alternative. Bold, but not bitter and just strong enough, and excellent flavor. I wake up each day looking forward to my Keurig-brewed Tully's Hawaiian Blend!
