[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this is a healthy alternative to sugar, that I can use in all types of food: baked goods, sprinkled on cereal or fruit, drinks, and etc.

A heat stable product that I can use in baking and cooking. It converts 1 to 1 for sugar and reduces how many sugars are going into my family's bodies. And most of them cannot tell that it isn't regular sugar.
