It is really cheap sugar free product. I like it for drink or cooking but not baking. It make the product taste weird. Not recommended if you wanna use it for cooking

I use this in place of regular sugar when cooking and baking to help lighten things up slightly - and I love it! I honestly don’t notice any difference in the taste, and it measures 1:1 unlike many sugar replacements.
