I have used Truvia products in the past (including one that was for baking, but did have a calorie content). This is 0 calories but does pack in 7 grams of carbs per serving, but with the 2 grams of dietary fiber, net carbs are only 5 grams, which I am okay with! I used it today in my avocado cocoa cookies and it was delicious-just as good as it would be if I used traditional sugar!

Dissolves beautifully. Not a bad aftertaste like most sweetners but I will say this is made with Stevie and it is an acquired taste.

I did a side by side taste test of the Truvia All-purpose sugar substitute against actual granulated sugar and could not taste a difference between the two. I chose to use this product in my homemade rice pudding for its test run in a cooked application. This recipe is somewhat famous amongst my family and friends because I tend to make it for almost every potluck gathering. As such, everyone knows what it normally tastes like. I swapped out of the brown sugar and the white sugar I usually use for the Truvia Sweet Complete Brown and Sweet Complete All-purpose sweetener in the recipe for the most recent gathering and EVERYONE LOVED IT! No one could tell that I had changed the sweeteners out for sugar free options. As a person who has many Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics I my circle of family and friends, being able to cook my favorite recipes in a way that helps them maintain better health makes me super happy. Plus, since there's no change in flavor for the finished products when I use these Truvia calorie-free sweeteners, even non-diabetics can fully enjoy the desserts I prepare using these products. I will definitely be adding these Truvia products to my regular grocery list and pantry as baking & cooking staples.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me begin this review by stating my previous relationship with stevia-derived sweeteners - it was awful, we hated each other, and I felt abused and lied to. I had tried 3 different stevia products by this point and had sworn that never again would I be sucked into trying a stevia product. They were sweet enough, to be sure, but every single one of them had a bitter, chemical aftertaste that lingered...and lingered. Ugh! So needless to say, I was not thrilled about trying another stevia product. It took me a little while to warm up to the idea of trying it. We sat there staring at each other for a good 10 minutes as I worked up my nerve. Then, I decided it was time, and in a fashion reminiscent of so many 80s cop shows, I dabbed my pinky in the bag to sample the goods and then I tasted it. I am pretty sure time stopped for a few seconds while my mind finished exploding. This was NOT the same-old stevia sweeteners I had tried before. This is just like pure sugar!!! If I hadn't known that this was stevia, I never would have known it was anything other than sugar. I tried it on cereal. I tried it in a cake, cookies, sweet rolls, a cup of tea, you name it - it tasted (and worked) just like regular sugar. Each time, each test continued to blow my mind. I may still be reeling from it all. I'll tell you this, though - if you are needing a sugar substitute, if you want less sugar but you still want the sweetness, or even if you just want to try something different, THIS is what you need to try. I really can't recommend it enough. It made THAT big of an impression on me, and that is NOT easy to do.

My household loves trivia and it is the best sweetener weve ever bought. It definitely doesnt have any of the fake sugars the other sweeteners have in there that are chemically made. It is definitely a healthier choice because its actually from the plant so it is a very plant based product. The only con that I have to say that this product has is the fact that it is very expensive. However I believe its worth the cost if youre willing to pay for it. The packaging is also really nice and it very much pops on the shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it today to make a lemonade. Didnt have to use a lot, it does give me like the diet flavor. So it really is not my preference, but it was still good. Still want to try and use this with baking. Overall o was satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sugar is fine, it tastes fine. I would say that it is fairly expensive, however having no calories is nice. It is much sweeter than normal sugar, so if you use too much of it it might upset your stomach.

I just recently found out I was diabetic and I went looking for an artificial sweetener and I came across this and when I tell you I can't really tell the difference at all. I recommend this to anybody if they want something other than sugar. yes it's a little pricey but it tastes just the same
