It added the perfect amount of sweetness and I liked that it looked like real sugar. I would look to try again if I find the product in store.

You are using Truvia Granulated as a coffee sweetener instead of the Truvia packets, be aware of the difference in ingredients because the chicory root adds an additional 6 carbos per teaspoon. I practice intermittent fasting, and since I like a sweeter taste, the Truvia Granulated will wind up breaking the fast.

Others are so finely ground that they're better suited for sweetning beverages but not the best for baking in my opinion. There is no bitter aftertaste. The texture is identical to granulated cane sugar. This morning I added it to my coffee and topped some frozen red berries with a sprinkle to counter the tartness of cherries in the blend. I'd definitely purchase this product.

It was great to bake with and how exciting is it that it is from plants and zero calories. It measures just like regular sugar and tastes fantastic. The brown sugar has a hint of molasses which I love. I made a family favorite -old fashioned shoefly cake with crumb topping. Came out perfect.

I’ve been working hard to reduce the amount of simple carbs in my diet of late, and one of the things that I enjoy is iced sweet tea. As an experiment, I made a picture of tea with no sugar and used this to sweeten each glass. Amazing!! It dissolved well and tasted incredible. I feel like this could be a solution to a lot of extra sugar in my diet.
