I'm DISGUSTED ! Thank god I saw it as I was filling my plate. I will never buy anything prepared at sam's club, this is disgusting! How dirty is back there that a dead bug got into the salad? I'm extremely nauseous. This was at power inn road Sam's club.

This salad was old, wilted, soggy and gross. The dressing was strange. The entire salad was so disgusting. I ordered pick up, so I did not see the quality of salad until I got home nearly half an hour away. I will never buy fresh foods here again, as they are NOT FRESH.

Very disappointed in the presentation of salad. Very bland, and mostly contained bottom core and not much of leaf greens. Wasn't a fan of the slice cheese over shredded. Letucce being used needs to be fresh and not close dated product to make the salad. Overall, not satisified.

We got this for a luncheon and picked it up right before. It looked great from the top it had crouton packets, dressing and cheese but once we opened it a lot of the lettuce was wilted and brown. We picked through it and took out any pieces that looked awful and then made it up, but it still tasted awful and old, eventhough it showed the best by date two days later.

Very tasty and generous amount.

Mushy and wilted salad, he too was fresh but in the middle it was slimy and gross. It went straight to the trash.
