Super product!

Super product! The toner cartridge provides very good print. Super service from SAM’s Club. The free shipping was appreciated since we live an hour from the nearest SAM’s Club.

Unhappy Brother owner!

Brother printer shows toner low after replacing cartridge! Scanner no longer works with my MacBook, so will replace printer scanner with another manufacturer!

Poor quality

I purchased 2 tn 660 toner cartridges in the last two weeks. BOTH of them had SOLID ROCK LIKE TONER. Both make a clunking noise and both sound like they have gravel in them when i shake them.

I have no title

I have been using this mproduct for over ten years. It is completely reliable and I don't need those individual inks thyat smaller units use. Install it and forget it. Great.

Doesn't work in my printer

I bought these cartridges last year when they were on sale. I was very excited because the price was so cheap compared to other office supply stores. However, I have tried to replace my toner with both cartridges and neither will work. I am very disappointed because I spent money last year on cartridges that I didn't need until now only to find out that I should have bought the actual Brother cartridges because these won't work.

Good long lasting carts but drivers not available.

This is the fourth cart for my HL-l2380DW home office printer. The printer itself is very good and the cart is also fairly long lasting in my usage. BUT the print is a bit light. My Mac driver does not seem to have a "density of print" control panel. I have looked everywhere and since you have only got Iprint + scan (which is useless by the way for controlling the printer) and have not updated your native software for mac with my newer OS. (I end up using Preview and CUPs driver to print.

Very hi cost!

Too expensive to buy Brother toner. Look for knock offs. I found two that are 100% compatible and MUCH lower cost.
