Based on description I expected a firmer mattress. Too soft for a back sleeper. I use with a box spring. Returning item would be too inconvenient. I remedied with 1 inch plywood between box spring & mattress.

Good for a guest room.

For the money, it's not a bad mattress. My only complaint is that it could have a little more top padding. You can almost feel the inner springs. I've only slept on it a few times, got a good nights sleep.

Returning as too soft.

From previous reviews, thought it would be firmer. Woke up with back and neck pain so I am returning it. It appears to be a well constructed mattress and my daughter loves it, it is just not firm enough for my husband and me.
