The Premiere Protein shakes are good. My husband prefers chocolate, I prefer vanilla, so which flavors are better is a matter of personal taste. They are nice to have on hands to boost protein intake between meals or after exercise.

For on the go ease, premier protein gives 30 grams of protein, 1 hm sugar and 4 carbs. I like the vanilla best, but caramel is good. Women who struggle w weight often don’t get enough protein, and this is my solution for busy days.

Many flavors to choose from. Easy to consume with no stomach upset. Occasionally mix them with coffee and chai, and smoothies. Good ingredients! Easy better nutrition than Ensure .

The drinks never shake up all of the way, and have lumps in the bottom, along with about a 1/4" of mixture left on the bottom of the carton. Even if you pour it out in a glass, you still can't get all of it out off the bottom.

Great taste, 30 grams of protein in only 130 calories is perfect.

These shakes taste good and fill me up in the morning.
