The drinks never shake up all of the way, and have lumps in the bottom, along with about a 1/4" of mixture left on the bottom of the carton. Even if you pour it out in a glass, you still can't get all of it out off the bottom.

I purchased 4 cases of this. I wish I didn't! Sure, each shake has 30 of protein. But many other chemicals are in the shake making me very concerned about my health.

I've never really liked protein shakes because they always had a weird taste but these are pretty good and no bad after taste. They are smooth and love that they come in different flavors. My only take back are the clumps that settle in the bottom.

Many flavors to choose from. Easy to consume with no stomach upset. Occasionally mix them with coffee and chai, and smoothies. Good ingredients! Easy better nutrition than Ensure .
