I have found that this is by far a cheaper way to purchase these high-yield ink cartridges, when compared to traditional office supply stores. I also prefer purchasing from Sam's Club and earning a % back on my account instead of relying on the HP Ink program to deliver my ink on time.

So far, so good. We have purchsed several packs of these at Sam's over the years. They are marked as HP ink cartridges but our printer doesn't read them as authentic. We've had problems and Ssm's did take them back. However, when you doing work at home and meed to print ir copy something, it's annoying to have a new cartridge go out.

One of the new cartridges was bad out of the package. To get a replacement from HP was a HUGE hassle. I followed diagnostic procedure's on line. Then had to go through them again with an agent. When they agreed with me the new one was bad, the replacement cartridge I got was incorrect (not the same as the one I bought).

Terrible. I purchased 2 HP printers (one a back up) before I realized that HP was like the mafia, only worse. I've had a million printer problems and when the printers die I will move on in my HP-free life. In the meantime, HP forces you to only buy genuine HP ink cartridges and if you try another brand your printer will not print any more and malfunctions in a number of ways. Despite the high price, the cartridges are crap. I purchased a two-pack and the second from the package only lasted a few days. So I went to return it and Sam's pitched a huge fit and told me I needed to return both of them...which was impossible because I'd used the first and thrown away the empty after installing the second. They finally saw their policy was illogical, but it was a hassle. Now I am in the middle of a huge project and another 2 pack from Sam's has defective cartridges. The first lasted a few weeks then stopped printing, even though there is plenty of ink left in it. I was too busy to mess with it so I opened the second cartridge and it again worked fine for about two weeks, then stopped printing, even though there is plenty of ink in it (when I shake it I can hear it sloshing around, and it registers as half full in the diagnostics.) I will NEVER purchase a two-pack again. This next time, I will purchase a single cartride from STAPLES, so when it malfunctions I won't have to argue with customer service and I will not have paid over a hundred dollars for crappy cartridges that don't work. If you have a clearly superior product you can charge a premium price. But when you prohibit customers from purchasing any other ink brands and then provide a crappy, defective product to your captive market, you don't have a wiining long term strategy. Sure, you can extort people in the short run very profitably, but in the long run you lose customers who will never come back.

Good ink that last a lot longer than the standard. Got online because store was out. Quick shipping.
