Expensive. First time buying and depending on the product, could be the last. This fish is a little pricey but wanted to try.

I like the steelhead trout. I don't know why the name was changed from rainbow . Why make it look like salmon, it is good on its own right.

We ate it last night with a butter, garlic and lemon sauce. It was delicious. Leftovers with salad tomorrow!

Geat taste, delicious and fresh. Skin so easy to cut and it takes the seasoning well so enjoy any of your favorite spices.

It’s a great amount of fish for the price. It’s nice to split up and vacuum seal for multiple meals!

It was not as fresh this last time as it had been in the past but I had no choice to use it. I will question whether to buy again.
