Bought this in Wichita, Kansas- an area not known for fresh fish. I was skeptical and figured it would be spoiled, but I was quite surprised that it had no funky smell and was in good shape (I selected the one that had the longest best-by date). Baked it whole with Parmesan, herbs, sea salt and panko crumbs- delicious. I’m willing to buy this again.

Would prefer dye free fish. The florescent dye used is probably toxic. Made my gloves and cooking pan florescent pink/red Sam's club needs to have fish that don't have color added to feed. Prefer wild caught when possible But definitely dye free. Need more natural options

These are awesome smoked

Salmon has been one of our Sam's Club favorites for years. Excellent flavor especially when cooked on the Grille.

Easy to cut and repack in ziplock for single or small households. Freeze and thaw as needed. Season, pan sear/cook or oven bake.
