Arrived in a box need a couple people to assist. Once out immediately puffs up to this wonderful product. Very comfortable

The best mattress I have slept on by far! The memory foam on top of the mattress is a cool gel and I feel it first thing when I lay down. This was an important part of my purchase as I often get hot at night and wanted a bed that would keep me feeling cool. So far I've only have for 5 days, but I look forward to going to sleep every night on my new mattress : )

This mattress is ok. I've had it for a couple of years now and tend to sleep in the same spot because my child and dog also sleep in my bed a lot. I am noticing that the area I usually sleep in is starting to have a different firmness than other parts of the bed. I was hoping that it would last a lot longer.

It's too soft. Medium to firm? Nope. Had it for about 4 months now.... It's so awful. The sheets fall off because there is now structure at the corners. Plus we constantly have to adjust the fitted sheet because of the smooth cooling top. Our heads sink even with our nice thick pillows. Back hurts.

I ordered and received the King Medium mattress, and it is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Weighing around 160 lbs, I find it extremely uncomfortable. It is incredibly soft with absolutely no support. I never expected a medium-firm mattress to be this soft. I usually like Members Mark products, which was my main reason for buying this, but this one is disappointing. Not worth it—I'm returning it.

You don't know what you don't know. That's the way it is when searching for a new mattress online. But you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress for the money. This is truly a 4+ especially if you're a side sleeper. I have slept on a Novaform for years which is a 7 firm. My shoulder and hip pressure points are really beginning to bother me. I bought this for my guest room and I have been using it a lot lately. Definitely a better mattress with a 5.5-6 firmness. A hint of "squishy" which might fool you into believing it's a hybrid. A solid buy.

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these

Oh My God. Words can’t describe how good of a mattress this is. I bought this for my house at school just looking for a cheap little mattress. I put my bed together. I was tired exhausted from doing all that handy Mandy and I laid my head on my pillow after I sink into that bed I don’t even remember falling asleep. It was a magical experience. Even better than laying on a cloud but we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Don't let the fact that it's not a name brand turn you off. This is a great mattress. Our last mattress was an expensive name brand mattress and was never as comfortable and supportive as this one! Member's Mark hit the MARK with this mattress. The top is soft and cozy but the bottom is super supportive!

So, I just bought this mattress for a roommate who is coming to live with me tomorrow for a few months. The mattress arrived 3 days ago, so I had to try it out myself. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first when I went to lay down because it felt soft and I'm a firm bed person! However, when I sat up in it and was propped up by my back rest pillow, I quickly fell into this deep sleep sitting up while I was watching TV. I woke up at 4:00 AM and was extremely surprised to see the lights and TV on. I never fall asleep sitting up. I just felt so comfortable and so tired that I fell asleep where I was. So, after I woke up, I put my back rest pillow on the floor and put my head on the pillow and fell back into this extremely deep comfortable sleep and did not get up once to go to the bathroom! That is very rare for me to do that. The mattress molds to your body, doesn't smother you, is cool and feels soft, yet it's firm! (JUST RIGHT)! It feels so right that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. I just want to keep hitting snooze! Hahaha! Most importantly, I am 46 years old and have lower back problems, especially when I get up in the morning. Well, it must have been my old mattress because I easily got up from this new mattress (due to the way they make the outside rim of the mattress) and right onto my feet and had absolutely NO back pain! I felt refreshed and felt like I had a great nights rest. I am truly amazed! I have been sleeping in it for the past 3 nights now and I have to give it up tomorrow night:( I was so bummed about having to give it up, that I had to order a Queen size "Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Hybrid Mattress" for my bed! Haha! I am super excited about it and I am super excited for my new roommate to try it out and see what she thinks about the mattress;) It is a great quality mattress and you can't beat the price for that kind of quality! 5 STARS!! Worth every penny!
