This mattress seems to be well made and is affordable. Our complaint is that they claim it is a medium firm mattress, and it absolutely is not! The first four inches of the thing are different types of foam, all on top of coils. You never actually feel the firmness of the coils. We are returning ours this week.

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these

Purchased this mattress on 11/12 and till this day 12/6 there has been a very strong plastic smell. The scent radiates off this mattress and has filled the entire room with it. I have tried to leave the windows open with fans in the room for 3 days now and no luck. I’ve also tried carpet cleaner powder and no luck. I’ve washed the removable covers twice and this smell does not want to go away. Haven’t been able to sleep on this mattress due to the strong scent it can’t stop to be releasing. Do not recommend.

This mattress checked all the boxes. It is the first mattress we have bought from Sam's. The quality seems good but we have been sleeping on it now for a few months and it is definitely too soft. NOT the medium-firm it says. I'll be looking to return this one and might need to look at an actual mattress store.

So, I just bought this mattress for a roommate who is coming to live with me tomorrow for a few months. The mattress arrived 3 days ago, so I had to try it out myself. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first when I went to lay down because it felt soft and I'm a firm bed person! However, when I sat up in it and was propped up by my back rest pillow, I quickly fell into this deep sleep sitting up while I was watching TV. I woke up at 4:00 AM and was extremely surprised to see the lights and TV on. I never fall asleep sitting up. I just felt so comfortable and so tired that I fell asleep where I was. So, after I woke up, I put my back rest pillow on the floor and put my head on the pillow and fell back into this extremely deep comfortable sleep and did not get up once to go to the bathroom! That is very rare for me to do that. The mattress molds to your body, doesn't smother you, is cool and feels soft, yet it's firm! (JUST RIGHT)! It feels so right that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. I just want to keep hitting snooze! Hahaha! Most importantly, I am 46 years old and have lower back problems, especially when I get up in the morning. Well, it must have been my old mattress because I easily got up from this new mattress (due to the way they make the outside rim of the mattress) and right onto my feet and had absolutely NO back pain! I felt refreshed and felt like I had a great nights rest. I am truly amazed! I have been sleeping in it for the past 3 nights now and I have to give it up tomorrow night:( I was so bummed about having to give it up, that I had to order a Queen size "Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Hybrid Mattress" for my bed! Haha! I am super excited about it and I am super excited for my new roommate to try it out and see what she thinks about the mattress;) It is a great quality mattress and you can't beat the price for that kind of quality! 5 STARS!! Worth every penny!

We had this bed for over a year. At first the bed wasn't too bad but not soon after a few weeks we were having the worst sleeps of our life. We rotated the mattress, bought toppers etc and started sleeping on our couch. The mattress is VERY hot and not medium/firm like described. Mattresses in general are very expensive but the price of this one isn't worth the sleepless nights and painful body aches the morning after. Super soft mattress, terrible durability. This bed left a mark in its member.

We were looking for a plush hybrid mattress and came across this "medium firm" one. I read the reviews that it's actually soft so we decided to try it. My opinion is that this mattress is both. It has a very soft top layer with a very supportive foundation. It's perfect for us, both side and back sleepers. I feel that it's the perfect mattress if you're having trouble with pressure points at your hips and shoulders. I would've never considered this mattress with a medium firm description but thanks to the negative reviews I changed my mind.

I was not sure how I would feel about a bed I wasn’t able feel try in-store. The first night was not the best, but I don’t think I gave the bed enough time to set, it was a little too soft. The second night - wow. I was impressed with the comfort. The bed is soft but not too soft, and the springiness is great. It formed up nicely and is very comfortable. I recommend this bed.

You don't know what you don't know. That's the way it is when searching for a new mattress online. But you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress for the money. This is truly a 4+ especially if you're a side sleeper. I have slept on a Novaform for years which is a 7 firm. My shoulder and hip pressure points are really beginning to bother me. I bought this for my guest room and I have been using it a lot lately. Definitely a better mattress with a 5.5-6 firmness. A hint of "squishy" which might fool you into believing it's a hybrid. A solid buy.

All the reviews are promotional so don't trust it. This mattress smells horrible, strong and toxic. It smells throughout whole space and beyond. I left the doors and windows open all night to air out but the smell remains strong and concerning. As far as quality, I opened it up and it appears refurbished in some parts especially the springs. It's much more soft than advertised. It did open to 12' and the mattress cover appeared of good quality but even after washing it in hot water it's still smells toxic. Skip this one and go to a top brand mattress.
