Good meat

I love Lamb and especially Lamb Racks. I purchased a twin pack and decided I was going to grill them for our dinner guests. Seasoned them with some Kosher salt and rubbed them with a mixture of Olive Oil, fresh chopped garlic, chopped Rosemary and a little parsley, put them in a ziplock bag refrigerated for about 8 hours. Grilled them on direct and indirect heat with some added Pecan wood chunks for smoke favor. Turned out fantastic and our friends raved how good it was. I will definitely purchase the Thomas Farms Lamb Racks again!

Suggest changing supplier or control temperature and travel time better. Purchased three packages for immediate cooking 10 days prior to "best/used by date". One was rancid the other two required major preparation to make edible

Fantastic! the extra wet aging that this lamb receives during the trip to the store makes them taste amazing. I buy them every time our Sam's store has them

I bought the rack of lambs on April 8th to cook for Easter the next day. The chops were rancid. Smelt like rotten eggs. I was surprised never had nothing like this from Sam's Club. Was very disappointed especially for the price.
