Like: aesthetically it is great, exterior and interior. It is a simple design with no computer to have fail. Cooking, especially meats is excellent. I am sure we all like the price compared to other similar looking ranges. It is easy to work on, which you might have to do to fix the issues listed below. The hates: I have gone through 3 NXR igniters which obviously includes the one originally installed and they are not cheap from NXR (I think $130ish). I finally decided to try a generic igniter for $15, 2 years later it is still working. I also lost a lower burner which just completely disintegrated on a rarely used range ( I have 3 kitchens in the house) so this was disappointing . ( the lower burner has had no issues with the new igniter) And lastly, the knobs easily melt if you leave the oven open too long after cooking and they don't give them away at $20 each, which will just melt again. To be fair, some much higher priced ranges have these issues also, how hard would be to just put a decent knob on the unit?

This is an appreciation for this professional range I purchased. I was impressed withthe exceptional quality and performance it offers. This range excels in performance and also in friendliness. It is very easy to use. It is easy to clean surfaces and removable parts make maintenance a breeze. I am beyond delighted with this professional range purchase. It has elevated my cooking capabilities but also elemnet of sophisticated to my kitchen.

Out of the box, the oven was running cold. I'm talking 25*-50*F. We were still under warranty, so we had a tech come out and replace a bunch of stuff...It's now consistently 50* too cold. Also, since he was here, now one of our burners clicks if it's turned too high and shoots small flames out of the bottom of the base. Also, when it's turned up, the small circle of flames inside burn too high, so they eventually mix with the larger flames and stop burning, which makes the oven think they're just leaking gas, so it starts clicking. It's a nice looking stove and was the only 36" stove in our budget when we bought it, but had I known I'd have to replace it so soon, I would've invested in a reliable brand. These are all things we can work around until we can afford to spend $5K+ but it's really disappointing.

While it looks great, we have had nothing but problems with the oven. We've replaced the ignitor and it's broken again. The convection fan does not work, and the oven bakes unevenly and does not come to proper temp or stay there. The gas will shut off to the oven in the middle of baking and then randomly come back on. The burners all still work. Do not buy if you actually use the oven. You will regret it.

So far, so good. The range was delivered 10 days early. great. That allowed time to modify the kitchen cabinet as this range is 36" wide. Easy to hook up, however I missed the fact that I purchased a NG range but needed a LP gas range, and the LP orifices are NOT included as is the case with some manufacturers. The orifices are sold separately (if you don't order the correct one) for $199.00. Still cheaper than buying the LP model at $2375.00. Customer service was great and were able to get the parts coming my way. Can't wait to try this beast out, the six burners are well separated and there appears to be lots of room to use several large pans at once. The LED lights illuminate the knobs and the oven light is very bright. SOOO so far we have not been able to use this range to cook, stay tuned for an update.

Unable to open oven will food was baking, food was burning and unable to retrieve for days.

This range is perfect for us. It has everything we need. We love the size of the oven. The stainless steel looks great. If thinking of purchasing this range, do it becuause it works great!

We purchased this range 3 months ago and have been extremely satisfied! We have not had any issues. It is easy to use and meets the cooking and baking needs of our large family.
