This range was a very good value and works very well in our kitchen. I have not been disappointed at all.

This is an appreciation for this professional range I purchased. I was impressed withthe exceptional quality and performance it offers. This range excels in performance and also in friendliness. It is very easy to use. It is easy to clean surfaces and removable parts make maintenance a breeze. I am beyond delighted with this professional range purchase. It has elevated my cooking capabilities but also elemnet of sophisticated to my kitchen.

I purchased this for a new kitchen. I wanted a 36" for the extra burners and the high btu output. The gas range has 3 powerful burners and 3 precision burners. The powerful burners are placed in the front corners and center rear. This is a good configuration because if you have large 14" pans, you can use both powerful burners and the precision burner at the same time since the spacing is adequate. The powerful burners can sear steaks very well. The oven is spacious and wide; I can easily fit a full-size baking sheet in it. I also like the convection fan switch. I can easily verify the convection mode is working right away.

I had to switch out my beloved Viking stove of nearly 16 years. It was just pooping out no matter how much $ we spent on repairs. We were not prepared to spend $6500 to replace it. After some research, we came across this stove. It had really good reviews and it a quarter of the cost. It was delivered before expected. When we pushed it in we were impressed with how it looked. It is definitely lighter than the Viking and the elements are a bit cheaper as well, but overall we are impressed with how it works. It is a definite $ saver and gets the job done! Sam’s Club has yet to disappoint! We also got the extended warranty of 4 years and it was still a quarter of the price of the Viking.

On sale at $1999, nice look, not name brand caliber but works well, there are better options though if full retail at $2999

I purchased this appliance and was very happy with most everything. I notice when you have oven heated at high temps that the front and sides of oven get really hot. you can't touch the front at all after heating the oven. I worry about children getting close and burning themselves. This weekend was the first time that I had to move the racks inside oven. I am going to have to get ahold of Sam's club, my oven rack is broken. I spent $2000.00 on this oven, would have never thought i'd have a broken rack, or an oven that is so hot to the touch on the outside. It heats up really quick and I love the convection fan...it really distributes the heat well. Seems really nice, but I am a little disappointed in those two things.

Like: aesthetically it is great, exterior and interior. It is a simple design with no computer to have fail. Cooking, especially meats is excellent. I am sure we all like the price compared to other similar looking ranges. It is easy to work on, which you might have to do to fix the issues listed below. The hates: I have gone through 3 NXR igniters which obviously includes the one originally installed and they are not cheap from NXR (I think $130ish). I finally decided to try a generic igniter for $15, 2 years later it is still working. I also lost a lower burner which just completely disintegrated on a rarely used range ( I have 3 kitchens in the house) so this was disappointing . ( the lower burner has had no issues with the new igniter) And lastly, the knobs easily melt if you leave the oven open too long after cooking and they don't give them away at $20 each, which will just melt again. To be fair, some much higher priced ranges have these issues also, how hard would be to just put a decent knob on the unit?

I remodeled my kitchen and wanted to do it right, so I decided to splurge on a really nice 36-inch NXR range. I purchased it through Sam's Club, expecting that a higher-end appliance would provide years of dependable service. I'm 66 years old and, in all my years of owning appliances, I have never had to repair a stove or oven. Unfortunately, this range stopped working right before we were planning to host our wedding at our home. I ordered the necessary parts directly from NXR. The parts took more than 10 days to arrive, and, unfortunately, they showed up on our wedding day. By that point, we had already made other arrangements for the food, so I put the unopened box in a cabinet. About eight days later, I opened the box and discovered that one of the parts was broken. The two parts had cost me more than $400, which I already thought was an outrageous amount to spend on replacement parts. I contacted NXR and sent them pictures showing the packaging and the damaged part. Their response? They refused to replace the broken part or issue a refund because I was five days past their receipt deadline. I understand that companies have policies, but this was a brand-new replacement part that arrived damaged, and I provided photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. I was extremely disappointed that NXR chose to hide behind a five-day policy rather than stand behind its product and provide reasonable customer service. Needless to say, I would think very carefully before purchasing an NXR range. A high-end appliance is only as good as the company that stands behind it when something goes wrong. My experience with NXR customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you have problems with your NXR range, good luck.

While it looks great, we have had nothing but problems with the oven. We've replaced the ignitor and it's broken again. The convection fan does not work, and the oven bakes unevenly and does not come to proper temp or stay there. The gas will shut off to the oven in the middle of baking and then randomly come back on. The burners all still work. Do not buy if you actually use the oven. You will regret it.

Do not buy. Defective out of the box. Already replaced multiple parts in first 6 months. Cooks unevenly with temperature fluctuations. Burners stopped working, had to replace. Igniter failed twice. Many repair man visits. Constant problems. Waste of money.
