This cake is perfection. The best balance of nuts, carrots, and delicious cake with that yummy cream cheese frosting. It is too good to keep for just company but be sure to serve it when you have guests. They will be impressed.

Oh wow, this carrot cake is AWESOME!!! It stayed moist for days as I purchased it in advance. The taste was full of flavor and well balanced which can be hard to do with carrot cake. People with different opinions about eating this type of cake all seemed to enjoy it because no one left any on their plates. It's the perfect alternative to a standard cake!
