This is very subjective because we have different desires according to taste. Carrot cake is my favorite but this was just too sweet for me to enjoy.

A nice, dense carrot cake that isn't too sweet. Most carrot cakes are very sweet and slathered in icing, but this one is just nice.

My husband enjoyed cutting his own slice of the cake. I was able to cut a smaller peice for me. It is moist and tastes great

I picked up this cake for a dinner party because it looked so appealing. It was far more than that, after our dinner. It was very moist, so fresh, delicious and amazing! I will be buying this one again, no doubt!

This carrot cake did not last an hour at the work potluck. It was so moist and melt in your mouth. This carrot cake is so creamy and large enough ti feed 25 to 30 people.

This cake is perfection. The best balance of nuts, carrots, and delicious cake with that yummy cream cheese frosting. It is too good to keep for just company but be sure to serve it when you have guests. They will be impressed.

I’ve bought this 3 times and it’s as good a my mom’s recipe ever was! It’s always fresh and it takes less than 5 minutes to pick up (as long as hubby waits in the car and I do the scan & go.). Plus no dirty dishes or hot oven 😂
