Husband said it was dry, ended up throwing away because no one was eating it.

The text's are okay but it's whenever I get around to reviewing them, that's the issue.

Not enough of of a cream cheese frosting flavor

Short of my homemade carrot cake, this is the best purchased carrot cake I have ever had. I bought it for my husband‘s birthday as carrot cake is his favorite. Homemade carrot cake is a lot of work with lots of steps in the process. So finding such a good carrot cake that I didn’t have to make was great! The cake is well worth purchasing. It’s moist and it has a very delicious cream cheese frosting. I plan to buy it for our next special occasion.
