This is the best bought or restaurant carrot cake we've had. Just enough sweetness and very moist. My own carrot cake is very popular, but this runs a nice second if I don't have time and a ton of ingredients handy.

Moist, perfect size and shape for slicing and even freezing! Don’t pass this without try! A must but they don’t always have it. We eat it for breakfast even.
