Cake is good but not a big fan of the frosting. Did not taste like the traditional sour cream frosting used on carrot cake.

My husband enjoyed cutting his own slice of the cake. I was able to cut a smaller peice for me. It is moist and tastes great

This bar cake for the price is not as good as the regular layer cake. Not as moist. Not much cake mostley icing .

Moist and tasty

When i saw this new item, i got them for my moms funeral, i chose curb side pick up, as i had alot to do, when i went to pick them up, one of the cakes was on its side, side of bar cake frosting was smashed against side of container, another cakes icing was a little lifted of cake, and my third cake, was ok. Taste was ok, they were dry.

Delicious. I will buy this again. Everyone enjoyed this cake.
