This unit was purchased for some heavy duty tasks around our home. I've already used it to clean the vinyl siding which, on the North facing walls was getting dingy. I turned the pressure down as I was up on a ladder & was afraid it would push me off. I was also worried about it blowing the siding off. The results were great & it made short work of that project & the siding looks new again. Will also be using on our RV & other general vehicle washing & mower deck cleaning, etc. Only rated 4/5 as I feel the hose & wand management could be better. It is a pretty small footprint for such a powerful package. Set up was a breeze & we're looking forward to years of reliable service from the Honda engine & Simpson pump. The pump has a large sight glass so monitoring the oil level & cleanliness is quick & easy.

The machine runs well and works as expected. It is a very large unit compared to my old 3k Dewalt pressure washer. Cleans fast and I had no major issues with it while cleaning. I did have a problem with it pulling the chemical out of the bottle. Probably a user error

I bought the Simpson Pressure washer from Mac Daddy Sales and Services in Land O Lakes Florida. They put oil in the motor for me and explained best practices. Nice to purchase from a family run mechanical shop. I love that they service the warranty for Simpson if I ever have an issue I can rest well that Mac Daddy will take care of my service of my Pressure washer.

I bought this to prep some concrete parking blocks for repainting. I already tried a 1700 psi, electric power washer, but was not satisfied. This tool did the trick, it did such good job that essentially all the paint was removed, They look so good that I chose to leave them unpainted, thus saving me from this near annual task

This unit worked great, started with one pull and has a lot of power. The only problem with it is nose heavy and need legs to keep it from tipping over. I had it tied in my truck and it rolled over on its front, it took 2hrs to get it started again, the oil in the crankcase went in to the compression chamber and it took a long time to get it out to get it started. I still think it is a great unit, but it could use short legs to keep it from tipping. I will make some legs for it or move the motor back to help.

Easy to handle and assemble. Makes my job easy to clean debris off of my driveway and home. I am looking forward to having and using my Power Shot 60869 49-Stae for many more years to come and the nozzle set will work great when cleaning my gutters Sincerely, Glenn Smith

I like the use of Honda engines in Simpson products. From the box it started on the second pull and is very easy to restart when in use. The fifty foot hose was a nice touch when choosing this model. Because of its size the double handle makes it easier to lift the unit by distributing the weight front to back. I also like how the water supply connection is on the side and the connection to the braided power hose is out the back between the handle supports and not on top of each other

Easy to put together. I am very Pleased with the results. Cleaned up my semi trailer with ease and blasted the grease and heavy road dirt . I have had several power washers over the years and the Simpson has performed better than all I have had. I highly recommend this to someone who has some tough projects ahead

I bought this machine last week and just finally got a chance to try it out. This machine is extremely powerful. The reason why I bought this was not because of the machine however, Simpson is truly a great brand, now do they have great warranty on the machines, but they are focused on building pressure washers. If you want to get into pressure washing, I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

I bought this two weeks ago, it is my third pressure washer in about 20 years. I wore the other two out....I use them for my truck repair shop, using maybe two or three times a month on the average. The first time using this last week, I used it for about two hours and other than a leaky quick fit ( wand to hose ) it worked great. Now going to use it for the second time the pump kept by-passing for the first 5 minutes then it finally kept working. I used it for 30 minutes and shut it off for about 5 minutes and could not pull the engine to re start. Every time I tried, it would recoil jerking me along with it. For my sake I wish I had something better to say but at this point I don't.
