I purchased this power washer a couple weeks ago to replace an old one that had worn out from another brand man. I wish I had this one originally what a beauty out performs the old one on everything I’ve tried it on so far.

I found this product by using Grok recommended research I received the product to do some partially assembled, I had to drill out the holes for the handles. Upon the first use a wheel fell off, somehow the clip holding it was lost in shipping. After assembly it performed as expected, great so far and good instructions and manual information.

My water pump cracked and I can no longer use my power washer, sent out a email to warranty with pictures explaining my situation and was told I have to take it to a service provider 2 hours away. Never buying Simpson again!
