Poor Quality

I bought a set of this All season Premier A/S 2 years ago for my Mazda 3 2016. I also had winter tires. I used the Premier A/S from April - Oct, swapped into winter tires. As of today April 6 2019, Odometer reads 108 090kms. That means that I drove roughly 55 045km on the Premier A/S, and the treads of the tires are quite low. In fact, I was told to start looking for another new set of all season tires. Another 10 000kms (which is end of May) is the maximum. :( :(

Loudest tires I've ever owned

I bought 205/55R16 91H tires. These are the noiseyest tires I have ever had. I can't hear the cars engine because the tires are so loud. They may stop well, I don't know, I haven't had to thoroughly test that yet, but, I don't think the noise is worth that benefit.

Good while they lasted, but they didn't last long!

These tires came factory installed on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. They've been great: handled well, no noise, no problems. However, at only 53,000kms of the 100,000km tread warranty these tires are less than 3/32 and need to be replaced. Looks like they will only get 50% of the advertised tread life on this vehicle.

Fine performance, poor longevity!

I bought four Premier A/S tires on 3-21-2017. They only lasted 27,814 miles before needing replacement (2/32" fronts, 3/32" rears). I always check inflation and had them rotated once at 10,944 elapsed miles. Although I like the ride and wet weather performance of these tires, I am not pleased with the longevity. I achieved less than 50% of the warranty mileage. I also have this type of tire on another car I own. Same longevity issues. Definitely not a 60,000 tire!

not a happy driver

Driven 30,000 miles and I am miserable. At first, not so bad. But after a few thousand miles I started to get frustrated. I have felt every bump and expansion joint for the last 30,000 miles. Wear is OK, but what difference does that make when you are jolted at every road imperfection. may be able to squeeze another 10k, but these tires are making me hate my car. The Primacy mxv4 that were replaced were a better tire/smoother ride. The wet traction is still fairly good for running 30,000 miles. At least they got that right. Have a set of Michelins on our Explorer and they are great. Just feel these are a poor design.

Horrible Longevity

Purchased and installed in March 2019. Rotated every oil change with monthly pressure check. Ride was good, no noise, felt like great grip with a little decrease on wet pavement but that's expected. I went for my routine rotation and with only 27,000 miles the tread was at 2/32. Longevity is terrible with the premiers. Thankfully it was under the warranty and $ received back went to a good set (I hope) of defenders. If you're looking at premiers I'd look at another style. Michelin is good but this tire did not live up to the promises

Best tires EVER!

I drive a small manual transmission car, which I love. What I never loved was that on wet roads, stopped at a light or a stop sign on an incline, my car would "slip" when I put it in gear. Not with my new Michelin A/S tires! NO SLIPPING! And they make driving on wet roads much more secure. These are the best tires I've ever owned and recommend them to everyone I know. All tires work on dry roads, but these make driving on rain-slicked roads or snow covered roads easier and safer.

Never used anything other than Michelin

i have only used michelin tires on all my cars. They have always lasted longer than they are rated to perform. I have been in both heavy rain, snow, and sleek roads and have not once lost control or skid. On my last two "new" cars, after owning them for 10 years each, i have had to replace the tires once each in those 10 years. Meaning, that i have only bought new tires twice in 20 years ! I would highly recommend these tires if you plan on driving with someone you love or care about in the car.

Awesome Tire

I am so glad I purchased this tire. It is such an improvement over the original tires that came on my 2013 Volkswagen Passat SE. The Braking is better the Ride quality is quieter and smoother. Handling is great. All around a great tire money well spent. I would defiantly recommend these tires for anyone in the market for an all season tire. Kudos to Michelin for Leading the tire industry in the best technology and design.

Michelin hits a high note

Was very pleased when I learned the Premium A/S came to market including the Outback size. Immediately replaced the OEM T rated tires and have now logged approximately 1,500 miles, including quite a number of road miles. Handling is immensely improved with quicker turn in and sharper handling giving the Outback very precise and sports car like. Ride is smoother and quieter. This is a tire very easy to recommend.
