I've only driven 4000 Km on my Premier A/S, so I can't speak to longevity, but my initial impressions find them to provide excellent wet weather grip and handling, be smooth rolling, and very quiet. My Corolla holds the road better than ever, I literally feel like Moses parting the Red Sea when I drive in our Pacific Northwest rains. I look forward to testing Michelin's technology of expanding rain groves with tire wear, but I'm confident these tires will continue to perform brilliantly and I'll definitely look to purchase them again.

These tires are just slightly noisier than the Primacy MXV4s I owned before, but the way they handle corners and wet conditions is far superior than ANY tire I've ever owned! In addition to the Premier, I've also owned the Primacy MXV4s and the Pilot tires.

Writing this review after getting the tire evaluated by tire technician at the same place where I purchased this tire. Factory fitted Continental OE tires itself lasted me over 55,000 miles before I put these. Do not buy these tires if you are looking for tire longevity. The high price doesn't justify the quick replacement needed with these. I had barely less than 2/32" thread left on all four tires of my 2014 Subaru Outback. Waiting to get these replaced as soon as I can. Pros: Very good in snow, rain and dry conditions. Comfortable ride. Good handling on road. Worked well in Michigan winters. Cons: Horrible longevity - barely lasted between 35,000 - 37,000 miles after doing tire rotations every 9,000 - 10,000 miles, doesn't even come close to 60K mileage warranty, very expensive at the same time needed quick replacement, some road noise is present, drops mileage by 1-2 mpg.

I replaced. Energy that were worn out with Premiers A/S on my 2006 Rx 400h Lexus and the next day drove from Atlanta to Virginla Bch 615 mlles and found this tire to be a excellent choice in every category ,ride, handling , grip and peace of mind Safety at all highway speeds , Great in wet cond

Bought my wife a used BMW convertible - front end need some work as would be expected with a car that had 16 years on it. After everything was replaced, still did not ride good, rotated and re-balanced the Goodyear tires on, not a noticeable difference . Swapped out the Goodyear tires with the Michelin Premier A/S. It was the difference between night and day, drives and handles great. Point is, car is 16 years old, cost $36K new, one can choose to treat a car like this as a 16 year old car with over 100K miles, I treat this one as a $36K vehicle with 100K miles. I live in Northern WI and the winters here can present a challenge. I replaced the half worn OE Nexens on my 2015 Kia Soul (28k mi on vehicle) as the Premier A/S came very highly rated in every forum I researched. I couldn't be more disappointed in their performance. I've had them on for two weeks and 600mi and these are my findings: I have a vibration that causes my hand to fall asleep at 56mph: I have lost nearly 3mpg: The tires seem to wander on various paved surfaces and need constant correction to maintain a strait line of travel: They are NO quieter than the half worn Nexens that were on my vehicle. Had balanced 3 times already...

I replaced my Goodyear Eagles with the Michelin Premier AS and what a diiference. Quieter, smoother, cornering. I can't wait to test them in the rain. My Goodyears were terrible and would hydroplane. The drawback was the price but so far well worth it.

I got 65K miles with Premier A/S and replaced it with the same tire today (Dec 2019) on my 2011 Ford Fusion. The tires were purchased in Jan 2016. I never rotated the tires. I had 2/32 left on the front and 4/32 on the back. BTW, the car when new came with the Energy Saver. I got 77K miles off those tires. It was a tough decision on Premier A/S vs Energy Saver. It mainly came down to being able to get the Premier A/S for $30 less per tire.

This is the 2nd set of these tires and both times they only last 30k miles. The first set came new with the car and this last set were replacements bought in Sept 2016 and told by our dealership with our last service that the tires need to be replaced after 30k miles. Car is mainly used for highway commuting and with pandemic we just started traveling again. Fool me one but not twice.

I recently replaced Goodyear on 2008 Lexus ES350. What a world of difference Michelin did to cutting road noise to whisper quiet and excellent handling n cornering. It did made my ride more enjoying experience. Fuel economy didn't make much of large difference though as I'm getting almost same mileage keeping all other things same. Highly recommended for a smoother ride.
