We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had been complaining about back issues for the past year after our Denver Mattress foam bed had worn down after only 5 years. We tested this bed out in a retail store and my wife said that this was the one. I love how S&F doesn't make the item until you order it, and it hasn't been sitting in some warehouse for a year. My wife thinks it's a little more firm than the one we tried at the store, but she has zero back pain, sleeps completely through the night, and loves this mattress. Me, I could sleep on a rock & be just fine, but even I have to admit, this thing feels pretty stinkin awesome. It's definitely better than the foam one and holds up nicely with activity like folding it up for watching TV. Yeah, it was expensive, but I now have a very happy wife so it's a bargain.

It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. Thank you for putting out such a wonderful quality product.

This is sort of like the goldilocks bed, it is at both times soft yet somewhat firm (so you don't sink into it like jello) but doesn't feel like you are laying on a brick that has no give. If you like medium, but are more on the plus side, get this one for sure. It does conform a bit over time as you sleep on it but in a nice way not where it feels like you sink into it, but rather molded to you and comfortable. And it never feels like you are sagging. just a few months in but love it so far. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

They're a bit pricey but worth every penny! You truly get what you pay for with Stearns and Foster. I've tried many brands throughout the years and all of them were a waste of money!

Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Soft and very comfortable. I have evolved with mattresses. My younger years it was firm then medium. Now at my age, its plush or soft. Everytime I lay down on my soft Pillowtop, I think Heaven.
