[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have had our bed a few weeks. We love it. Its comfortable, not hot, and looks great. Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.

We recently purchased our second Lux Estate mattress. It is the only mattress I can sleep on. As someone who has arthritis everywhere and had a recent knee replacement surgery, I now look forward to going to sleep instead of dreading spending the night in an uncomfortable bed. We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.
