Have bought Xbox remote controllers before, but this time I had it delivered so maybe that is why I am having issues with the controller. Some buttons will not work when pressed and it feels like this was refurbished; not brand new. Definitely going to bring back to exchange for another.

I still saved $10 so overall satisfied most of the time prices are stiff with Manufacturer requirements.

I have been an Xbox player for years. Consistently this controller has to be replaced due to the R%26L stick drift. You would think they would learn to create these whereas the stick drift would be no more. This is why I can only give three stars. Great out of box. After 100 games of COD and NBA 2K, the stick starts to drift. You get used to it over time but as a consumer, is that the right way we should be treated? Go for it if needing a replacement. Also different colors being higher price point is ridiculous because stated issues apply to those controllers with color as well!

This was for my grandson. He wanted the black color but was not in stock. He settled for the white one and is very happy.

This matched the one we had previously from the original console. Its been great quality from day one. Will purchase another in a different color to go with our game console.

Xbox has the best feeling controller in the hand, bar none. And on sale it was even sweeter! Now that the kids are older I need more controllers and more colors.
