It's a very pretty white! Came with no damage, has good grip, and also came with batteries to get started (not rechargeable ones). Had no issues getting it set up. Past controllers lasted about 2 years after daily use, too, and this will be the same. I love it! :)

My grandson wanted two of these for Christmas and sent me the link from another store. After checking Walmart online I found that I could save $10 on each controller! Exact same product from two different places. I always check Walmart against all other places just in case and in this situation it worked out wonderfully and I was able to purchase another item for him for Christmas.

These came with their own batteries (Duracell AA's) but they can be plugged into my laptop and used without batteries in it at all, so that's a BIG plus as batteries can be expensive these days. With batteries the Bluetooth connection was strong and no latency (that I could tell at-least) in games. A super-fast connection after you push the button on the bottom then accept it on screen. It was delivered super-fast and in great condition. I was Windows 11 and would recommend this controller for any Windows games and/or any games played on PC

I had to return the product, but not because the item was defective. I bought this so the grandkids could play Roblox on my desktop computer. For whatever reason, I could not get this thing to work on my desktop. So I looked online and found that I would have a much easier time with the project if I used the same basic controller but wired. So I tried attaching this item to a cord, but it still didn't work for me, and that may be because I'm not into gaming and have no experience setting up for that use. So I bought a wired unit, just like this one, and it worked first try on my Microsoft 11. If the wireless had worked for me, I would have kept this one. It was quite nice.

If does what a controller is supposed to do, but I had to buy a charger for it separately because the charger it came with doesn't actually charge the battery, just the controller if that makes sense? So you'd only be able to use it if you had it plugged in at the same time.

This controller feels great in hand and is very comfortable even during longer gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive, and the thumbsticks have good control, which makes gameplay feel smooth and accurate. The textured grip on the back is a nice touch and helps prevent slipping. I also like that it connects easily to different devices. I’ve used it with both my console and PC without any issues. Setup was quick, and the connection has been stable. The white color looks clean and modern, although it may show dirt over time with regular use. Overall, it’s a solid controller that performs well and feels reliable for everyday gaming.

The only problem I had with my Xbox controller is that some jackwagon tore open the back of the sealed box and pilfered everything except the controller from it

The controller is fantastic, but it consumes a significant amount of battery power. Consequently, I found myself running out of a full pack of batteries within a span of about five days. Although I wasn’t using it extensively, the battery drained rapidly whenever I did use it.

It is ok, but it comes with no cord, the box was pretty much open when it came, the buttons are pretty hard and loud and a bit loose feeling. Do not recommend for my fellow gamers.

I purchased this controller and it only worked decent for one day. I brought a brand new pack of Duracell batteries and each time it says the batteries are low, which it takes about two hours for them to completely die. I changed the new batteries and then within two minutes, it's needing a new battery replacement so we keep it connected to a wire which this controller was primarily supposed to be wireless so I don't understand why it's not keeping a charge. I don't know if this controller was a refurbished one or brand new but regardless if it was refurbished, it should've been in a better condition. I just got this controller not that long ago and I do not play my Xbox every single day I play every other time so so whatever is going on with this controller, I want a refund now.
