nice for the price

i recently bought a pdp afterglow wave controller and came home an went to play the game. Not even 15 mins after i started the controller started saying it was disconnected. This was the reason i bought that controller in the first place. I assumed it was just my xboxs usb port an kept playing sonce it went away not long after. Eventually it came back an got worse an worse an the controller just wouldnt stay on, even sitting on the table. Ended up buying this controller since ive heard from many different sources that the Microsoft controllers were made way better, i just never wanted to pay for one an it just be something people say. The controller is heavier and feels way sturdier, like you could knock someone out with it. All the other controllers feel like they would break if you hit someone. Ive only had it for a little over 2 days but ive had zero issues at all from it. The PDP controller (which is endorsed by Microsoft too) was just terrible all around. Yea it lights up an you can customize buttons, lights, ect, but mine had connection issues straight out of the box. I tried different cables an it came down to the controller. Eventually if i pushed the cable into the controller really hard then i coukd maybe get it to play for a few hours without disconnecting. Then we get to the next issue, the left stick lost its ability to "click in". The stick was registering it as it being pressed in an out, repeatedly over and over, so this ruined being ablebto sprint ect. This was about a week after i purchased it. I plan on going and returning it and if i cant get a refund then im gonna tryvm and get one through the warranty from the makers. If you're a heavy gamer, do not buy a pdp. Anyways, this controller feels really really good an like it will actually hokd up for atleast a few months atleast but i guess we'll see. I had a 360 controller long ago that i got after going through like 3 others an that one held up through anything. If i have any issues ill be sure to definitely post them. With that pdp experience i had i bought a warranty at walmart for this one just in case. Guess ill see how it goes

For those of wondering which controller to go if you’re a PC gamer like me. Just go for it. I play controller-preferred games like FIFA (FC) now and this is the best, and trust me I’ve tried many. This is simply the best what you’ll get and worth the extra bucks compared to other brands. No right or left stick problems and just pure control

I do not recommend buying online. I recently bought the controller a month ago and now the right trigger and joystick are not working. I called Microsoft and they are saying controller is pre-owned/refurbished. The product page in no way indicated that it is pre-owned/refurbished, and Microsoft is telling me the controller is out of warranty. So, DO NOT BUY ONLINE because it turns out the controller came from a third party company that do not disclose necessary information that influences a purchase.

Hey Y’all… let me tell you about this controller right here. snapping fingers This thing is LEGIT! I’m talking genuine Microsoft, baby!! none of that knockoff nonsense that breaks after two weeks like it’s got a gambling problem. You know what’s crazy? This joint was actually IN STOCK! Do you understand how rare that is these days? I’m out here refreshing websites like I’m trying to get Beyoncé tickets, and BAM!! Walmart comes through clutch! Had this bad boy ready to ship faster than my uncle runs from child support. Now I done bought fake controllers before!! looking all official on the outside, but then the buttons start sticking like they need therapy. But THIS controller? Smooth as my mans voice after a glass of cognac. The wireless connection stronger than my opinions about my dad’s cooking. I’m playing games I ain’t touched in YEARS because this controller makes everything feel premium. My thumbs are having a religious experience on these analog sticks, I kid you not! Bottom line: If you want a real controller that actually works and doesn’t make you question your life choices, get this one. Walmart keeping it 100 with the authentic products.

Original product so works perfectly as I expected. Only thing that troubles me is the color. I thought it would be similar to the one that I got with my xbox . But the white color in this is named as robot white,—very slight difference though, cant tell from the picture. Got two Duracell battery as well with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what it should be. It’s just like a controller that would come packaged with a new Xbox. Came on time and in perfect condition. Bought it on sale, but it’s normally priced fairly. Official Xbox controller. There are better upgraded controllers, but this is perfectly acceptable and as stated earlier, it’s exactly what comes with an Xbox.

works like its supposed to. The thumbstick controls becoming unaligned are a constant issue with these controllers. What I should've done, and this is my recommendation to anyone else looking to replace their xbox x controller, go ahead and spend the $50 or $60 extra dollars and buy the Elite series 2. it's far more durable and most of the controls are individually replaceable. Absolutely worth it IMO

I really like the general design of the Xbox X Series controller. It now has a dedicated button where you can save in-game screenshots while playing your game. I also like the color of this controller. The clean white color makes for a very appealing aesthetic. I also like that Wal-Mart was selling this product at a competitively low price. I am very happy with this purchase.
