there was only one review about this chair, so I was fearful that it could not hold my weight. I looked up the chair at the manufacturer and the chair was stated to hold up to 250lbs. So, in my mind if it could hold this much weight it may not look as good as the picture, but I brought it anyway. The chair is beautiful, color was exactly as pictured and most of all the seat is not as small as it looks on the picture, it's wide enough to support the behind and hips while maintaining a sleek look.The padding feels wonderful (back and seat#. It was very easy to assemble #all together in 25 minutes). So if you are looking for a great desk chair give considerate about this chair

I was extremely pleased with this chair. The seat is more spacious than I anticipated, and leaning into the back feels like a hug! There is minimal assembly required which is all accomplished with the use of the 2 allen wrenches that are provided. The quality is top notch, and it is very sturdy. The burgundy mesh is beautiful. I am definitely going to be ordering another one for my husband to use at his desk!

The chair came packaged very well and nothing was missing. It was simple to put together, and the color was even better than shown on the computer. I am using this chair for work and so far, I am VERY happy with it. I didn't want to spend a lot on this since I help teach and was worried about the wear and tear, but so far it has been great. Good value for the money!

I ordered this chair, in turquoise, for 'free pickup' at my local Walmart. The main selling points for me were the chrome (to highlight my silver computer & peripherals), and the cheery pop of color provided by the turquoise color of the mesh fabric cushions. When I got the box home, I immediately opened it up, to ensure everything was included, and not damaged from shipping. I found every piece was wrapped in bubble-wrap and cardboard, and taped up; and the hardware was in a bag and taped to one of the cardboard wraps. A pair of scissors made quick work of the tape. It did not take long to put the chair together, because the hardware included the two different-sized hex wrenches necessary to fit all the screws. Be aware, the instructions are just pictures at each stage of the build, without any actual words of instruction included. I did not have difficulty understanding them, though. Unfortunately, I was interrupted by a phone call during the process, so can't provide the actual time frame it took to put the chair together, but it was pretty quick. The build process went smoothly, with only one little exception: One of the 4 screws that attach the metal part to the underside of the bottom cushion--at the rear portion of the chair--was not able to line up with the interior screw socket deep inside the cushion, so would not tighten or even stay in the whole. This had no real effect, as the chrome piece connecting the chair's back cushion is screwed (w/4 screws) into the rear back bottom cushion and metal under-plate, providing the necessary secure attachment of both the back cushion and the metal part under the bottom cushion. End result is a beautiful and very comfortable office chair. The color--at least for my chair--is true to the color provided in the online pictures.

When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised by the product. A very nice color, stout frame and pretty easy to put together, or so it seemed. However, when I started to put it together my opinion quickly changed. The seat mechanism was bent so it would not fit into the base. I fixed that and put the base together. I then moved on to the chair back assembly. The screw holes were misaligned so I could never actually get past the base. I also had a couple other people try to align the bolts and assemble. No such luck.

This chair was comfortable enough for the first 8 months. The back does not tilt and is fixed which is good to know. After 8 months the hydraulic began to give out and would slowly drop. This is extremely annoying and will now need to be returned / warrantied.

...but not perfect. My only complaint is that the position of the back causes one to lean forward. I wish there were a way to adjust this; I feel like I will fall off if not careful. The cushions on the seat and back are great. The wheels work great. The size of the chair is just right: big enough to be comfy and small enough to fit in my teeny office.

The chair is much much more attractive than I thought it would be for $58.xx. It is extremely comfortable. I sit up; I never lean on the back of a chair. But if you do in this one you will be surprised at the comfort of the back. The back is curved and hugs you. I may lean back more often now. I order this in orange and the color is beautiful.....just in time for football season (orange/navy colors for my team). The fabric is why I gave appearance only four stars. It does look fine now, but it is a synthetic with tiny holes in it. It feels like flexible plastic actually. I expect it will not stain, but if you sit in it in shorts, you are going to have a pattern on your skin. I prefer fabric upholstery that feels like it has some cotton in it. Also, note that mine (and your may too) arrived with the seat cushion smashed in places where it had been packed tightly. I was worried but it is almost unnoticeable after 12 hours. The chrome, rather than the standard black plastic, seems to be very strong and is very attractive. Hoping it doesn't start spotting. But for now, the chair is very nice looking and comfortable with a seat large enough to be really comfortable. Highly recommended at this price.

I bought this for my husband. He's never had a desk chair with casters, but he tries to scoot around the room on his wooden chair with no casters. Well.... one of the legs on his old chair finally fell off. He re-glued it, but I figured it was time he had a GOOD DESK CHAIR WITH CASTERS. I did lots of research trying to find a chair that was well-made, yet inexpensive in comparison to the high-priced desk chairs you find in other stores. The number of 5-star reviews for this particular chair on this site was very impressive and the primary reason I chose this chair. Wanting to surprise him, I quickly put it together the morning it arrived and had it waiting for him. I also bought a separate clear pad for the chair to sit on to protect the floor. He was over-whelmed and so happy. He loves it, so I'm happy too. This was a great purchase. It requires assembly, but it comes well packaged with all the parts needed, including the screws, washers and casters, though I must say some of the screws and washers were loose in the box. they were all there nonetheless. (The legs are metal and come assembled as one piece). When you put the heavy-duty casters on you'll need a small hammer to tap each one in securely (that's the only tool they don't include: a small hammer). I didn't have the strength to push them in solidly by hand. The chair is very easy to put together IF you follow the instructions carefully. All the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the seat and the back of the back-piece are set and aligned correctly and re-inforced with threaded metal (steel). Make sure you put the seat's hydrolic lever on the right side of the seat (as you would be sitting on it, otherwise your holes will not align correctly. There's a great selection of colors to choose from.... and each color is given a separate price. It just so happens the color I wanted was relatively inexpensive. If I needed another chair, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this one again.

I bought three of these chairs for my children. Loved the fact they came in many colors. My children are all excited about doing homework now. The quality is great. One of the chairs arrived damaged. The manufacturer expedited the parts immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with the manufacturer. I would highly recommend this chair.
