[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed (again!!). Samsung has been getting it right in their Bespoke line of appliance. I have their Bespoke Refrigerator, which has been great and now their washer is just as impressive. The look and design is modern and sturdy. Although we did not stack the washer and dryer they are stack-able. The washer is so much quieter than my previous one and does not shack when it runs the spin drying. I also love the smart features. There are so many different programmed cycles for different types of laundry and it's just so easy to use. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry from the phone with the smart things app. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. I think one of the most underrated feature is the Auto Dispense, no more refilling every wash. Love it!!

A few of my favorite options are the automatic detergent dispenser, the fast cycle, the steam option, and the AI OptiWash. It's great when my phone tells me the load is finished instead of running up and down the stairs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is amazing it has 5.3cu ft which is really big and good for a big load. The washer is very quiet, and the AI Opti wash is great. I have used it multiple times and the clothes come out very clean every time and the auto dispense system is something that if you have you can never go back no more delay or poring the right amount of detergent the washer does it for you. Amazing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI technology takes the decision making away and does a fantastic job of cleaning my laundry while knowing just how much detergent to use and for how long. So far I am very pleased with the results, the only gripe to date would be how long it takes to release the locking mechanism if I forgot to add something once the load has began.

Had this washer for three months so far, and it has been fantastic. We had a fantastic front-loader Maytag washer for the past 20 years and it had served us well, but after taking a look at the newer units, we were less than impressed. After doing some research, we found this washer to me the best designed, the most modern, with at least a warranty on the digital motor, and it has been fantastic so far. Favourite feature so far is using the AI Optiwash feature, which has done a great job a gauging the different kinds of fabrics and materials that I regularly wash, and the auto detergent dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washing machine is so much better than my old washer. I used to get the strings from my kids hoodies and shorts stuck in the drum of my old washer and it wound up breaking them all the time. I don't have that problem anymore with this washer. All the clothes come out in one piece and are not ripped or broken. The drum is very big and I can fit a lot more clothes in there while still getting the loads very clean. There are many different settings that you can choose from for the different types of items you have in the wash. I havent tried them all yet, but the ones I have used all work really well. My clothes all come out very clean. The melody it makes when turning on and off are amusing, but luckily can be turned off in the settings. Occasionally, the door still has some water droplets all over it after the wash is done. I just leave the door open a little and it all evaporates. I like the smart home connection too - it alerts me to my phone when the cycle is done. This is helpful because the washer is very quiet and I cant always hear when it is running or not from downstairs. The notification on my phone helps out a lot so I know when it has completed. Overall it's a great washing machine.

This product is completely non-intuitive to use. The washer seems to wash clothes alright, though I haven't used it much because the dryer simply does not dry clothes. That said, the bleach compartment for the washer is wedged into the very back of the detergent drawer so that it is nearly impossible to get the bleach container close enough to pour bleach into the compartment without spilling it everywhere. But the real kicker is that this "smart" dryer has moisture sensors built in. If they do not sense moisture then the dryer does not heat. It just cycles on cold air. They heater works if items are wet, but once they reach a level of being damp, the heat turns off. I have tried towels, jeans, lightweight t-shirts, and everything in between, on all settings, to no avail. There is no way to over-ride this feature, so it just does not get clothes anywhere close to dry. With my old dryer (also a Samsung) I would sometimes put a towel in to warm it up on a cold morning so I had a nice heated towel when i get out of the shower. No way to do that with this dryer. It is just complete crap, and from what I can tell from having since read other reviews, it is not a defect, it is crap by design.

May seem trivial, but I love not having to put deteregent and fabric softener in every time. Very efficient wash cycles. The only "negative" is that the machine definitely holds fingerprints and collects dust easily. Would still purchase again.

i am loving my washer! it's sleek and modern, and the blue color is really beautiful - it's a very deep navy blue that is actually quite subtle and looks gorgeous. the smart features are top notch, and much more helpful and convenient than i expected. the ai cycle takes the guesswork out of laundry, and connecting the washer to the app sends you a notification when your cycle is finished. the washer is really high capacity, which is great for bedding. i also love the auto dispense system - it's really helped me use only what i need to compared to my last washer, and holds a ton of detergent and softener. the drawer can be fully removed for easy cleaning, and it also notifies you when it's empty, so you're not constantly needing to check it. it makes doing laundry so simple!
