This Samsung washer has seen mystery stains, muddy kid clothes, one tragic makeup incident, and whatever happened to my brother's “lightly worn” work pants (hes a plumber).. and it just keeps spinning like a tiny stainless steel therapist. It's quiet enough to make me check if it's actually running, but powerful enough to resurrect towels that smelled like they lost hope. The spin cycle could probably launch a satellite. My clothes come out cleaner, softer, and somehow more emotionally stable than when they went in....and then so am I. 10/10. If this washer ever develops sentience, I'm putting it in charge of the household budget too. Period.

Samsung care sent someone but he didn't speak English.. we had requested someone that spoke Spanish bc it was for my parents house but the guy didn't speak English or Spanish... he got upset with us when we tried to explain what was going on bc he didn't understand.. he wasn't even a repair guy.. from what we gathered, he was trained to do one thing for troubleshooting and that was as far as his knowledge went... he didn't know anything about washers. it leaks all over the inside drum after I fill up the reservoir, . I complained to Samsung but all they did was send me a replacement part but that still didn't fix the issue so its something on the actual main unit itself. There is also an issue with having to empty the bottom hose part on a regular basis which is frustrating bc if they don't , the water backs up and fills up inside the drum. I have a different brand at my house and we've never had to empty the hose thing area... It washes well but that's overshadowed by these 2 problems... We even got the 5 year protection plan which we feel was a waste of money. I do not recommend this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Bespoke washer for a while now, and honestly, the "smart" features have turned out to be way more than just gadgets—they actually make life easier. The SmartThings app is a total lifesaver because it pings my phone the second a cycle ends, so I finally stopped leaving damp clothes to sit in the drum all day. What really impressed me, though, is the AI OptiWash; it's wild how the machine senses the soil level of the clothes and adjusts the detergent and timing on the fly, taking all the guesswork out of choosing a setting. I've also noticed a dip in my utility usage thanks to the AI Energy Mode, which optimizes everything to be as efficient as possible without sacrificing cleanliness. It's rare to find an appliance that's this high-tech but still feels intuitive, and it has genuinely turned one of my most hated chores into something that just runs quietly and efficiently in the background.

I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will arise next. This is a poorly made machine, even though upon initial purchase it seemed like a good investment. Will not buy this again nor recommend to others.
