batteries work great gave a 1 because packaging especially for seniors. arthritic fingers do not work well. tried scissors very difficult to get into. love price but will have to go back to walgreens for easier packaging.

The 312 battery pack is absolutely terrible packaging!!!! A scissors to open???? All other brands make it easy to open! I'm going to hurt myself with the scissors it's so hard to open

The batteries are fine, but I could not get them out of the package. My husband finally used some tin snips to cut through the packaging. I will not buy again.

New packaging is HORRIBLE! if you have any arthritis in your hands, forget these altogether. I had to use heavy duty scissors and pliers to get the batteries out and then had no packaging to keep them in. So if you buy these, buy zip lock bags too!

WAY TOO DIFFICULT TO OPEN. I wish I had read the reviews. I will NEVER buy this battery again. I took the time to open ALL the packages so that I would not have to deal with it each time.

I bought these for my dad. We read the other reviews about how difficult they were to open but figured they couldn't be that difficult. Well they are. You need to cut the plastic to open them causing all the batteries to fall out defeating the purpose of the convenient case. My dad does not recommend them and suggests paying a little extra for the other batteries.

As many others have said, these are much too difficult to remove from packaging. Regular scissors wouldn't cut through the packaging for me. I had to use scissors specifically for cutting through hard thick plastic packaging. I'm sure the majority of purchasers are older, and like myself, could have arthritis or dexterity issues, and it's much too hard and time consuming to get the batteries out.

Absolutely terrible implementation. You have to cut open each battery from its compartment. Completely unacceptable to have to hunt down scissors every time a hearing aid battery needs changing. Did nobody in quality control try these out themselves in real life? Will be returning these and hope to get the older packaging.
