Packaging needs improvement

Packaging is very difficult to use. You must have scissors to extract the batteries and even with scissors it is difficult.

We are sorry for your experience with the battery packaging, Marcia. Please know the packaging was updated to follow Reese’s Law, mandating all button, coin, and hearing aid batteries – and devices powered by those batteries – be contained in child-resistant packaging. We understand the challenge in first opening the packaging but believe once members become more familiar with how it works the easier it becomes to open.

Hard of hearing person

Terrible packaging almost impossible to open without scissors or a knife. I will never buy this product again.

Great Batteries - Packaging Challenging

Love the batteries. However, packaging to get batteries out is horrible. Not easy AT ALL to get batteries out of package!

Packaging is the worst!

The batteries work great but the packaging is CRAZY. Trying to get a battery out is a major ordeal. Most people who wear hearing aids are older. So this is not older person friendly.

Packaging Disaster

Whoever thought this was good packaging needs to be taken behind the woodshed.

Whoever designed this packaging should be given a roll of toilet paper wrapped in that same plastic the next time they have the worst case of diarrhea ever.

Packaging

Worst packaging I ever experienced. Needed heavy scissors and even then had cut around the battery will never by again. What about Packaging for Seniors

Bad packaging

Who ever designed this packaging should find another career. Generally people that use hearing aids are elderly and also tend to have arthritis. I had to use scissors and then pry the batteries out. Next time I'll get my batteries somewhere else.

Bad Packaging

It is a very good battery and last several days. The only reason i gave it a two star rating is because of the package. It is almost impossible to get them out of the package.
