Great tv when it works

we purchased ours about 5 months back and in that time the wireless network card has malfunctioned twice in that time as a reoccuring issue

Wants my credit card for an account. Charged me two unauthorized charges. Won't let me download paramount + which I already pay for

Need Soundbar

Picture quality is good but I forgot that flat screen speakers are in the rear. Will need a soundbar to get good audio.
