I was very excited, this being my first Samsung tv, but I got to say, I'm actually a little disappointed. The tv looks great, the actual display is amazing, but it lacks some key features. This being a 2020 Smart TV, you would assume that it would only have the latest and the greatest features but it doesn't. It doesn't have HBO Go, Now, or Max.. it doesn't even have hulu. It lacks de SmartHub that even 2018 tvs have. This feels like the disgraced brother of the Series 7 TU7000. I was really excited about this, but you're better off with any other Smart TV.

terrible product. i am very disappointed, for the cost i pay i have gotten a much lower than expected performance, the main menu interface is very slow, the crystal processor does not give you any different experience than other cheaper brands, its resolution of 4k display is nothing exciting. it is a good product, but for the cost and the brand it should be something special and it is not.

It gets so many stations I think it will take me a month to go through them all. The color is vibrant and alive and the remote, thanks heavens, is easy to use. I, easily, connected and downloaded from my phone, and you can sync each program with your computer, which I needed to do to get cc. Wonderful purchase, thank you Insiders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality on this set is absolutely beautiful. I was impressed from the first moment that I turned it on. Most of my main streaming services came preinstalled and it didn't take very long to acquaint myself with the menus. As this is my first Samsung set since smart TVs became popular, I didn't have many expectations going into the experience. One thing in particular that I enjoyed is that right out of the box I can use the Samsung TV Plus app to load an on screen guide with a decent number of live TV channels including a few live news feeds (including CBSN) - a HUGE advantage for those of us that are desperately trying to cut the cord. Sound quality seems good, volume is loud enough that I don't think I'll need to add a sound bar. My only gripe with this set is that the remote isn't quite as responsive as I would like. The rubber buttons don't have a particularly satisfying click and the positioning of the navigation buttons is a bit too low on the remote. On the whole, I am pretty thoroughly impressed with this television and have mounted it in my living room (connected to the kitchen) for peak usage by myself and my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start... The 65 inch Samsung Crystal UHD, has been absolutely amazing. The picture quality is so much better than my outdated tv. Bright and vivid colors really make everything pop! The sound resonates like a movie theater, which in fact has became our home theater. Movies and shows arent the same since this TV. My fiance had no idea I was getting it, he was completely surprised being this was going to our bedroom to replace his outdated one. We had to go with a wall mount to save space instead of a bulky stand. Setup was simple, we love everything about the tv, the hardest part was bringing it up the stairs definitely not a one person deal. The apps on here plus screen mirroring are so neat. Definitely a great buy!

i am returning this tv, because it is almost unwatchable during the day. the screen is so dim that you can only make out rough details during dark scenes. i googled the problem, tried every single possible setting, and contacted customer support and nothing fixed it. finally, some service techs came and told me that it is a problem with the hdr feature when the content you are watching is in 4k. they said that there is no fix for it because samsung says it is a “feature”. they showed me a movie that only had hd (not 4k) to show me the difference and it was very clear. apparently this has been reported to samsung, but they do nothing about it. why would i want a tv that has an inherent problem that makes the tv basically unwatchable that i know will never be fixed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this t.v as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The t.v is very well made and is beautiful. The t.v was easy to set up and I really like the fact that the power cord is able to be hidden. The t.v comes preloaded with quite a few apps already installed. Setting up the Samsung account was quick and opens up so many other options and apps. The picture is Crystal clear. The detail that can be see is spectacular. H.D and antenna channels come in clear. The speakers provide a decent amount of volume, wish they were louder for watching movies though. Automatic software update is nice, plug in and forget. So far I am in love with my t.v.

no voice navigation. remote is very poor. seems like not compatible with voice navigation. general navigation with remote is also not very intuitive. also, tv does not seem to be ready for voice navigation, even though online and support say it is. switching channels and apps is so difficult. only way i would keep it if they send new remote with voice navigation but they refused. i might have to return it.

When originally looking at TV's I thought to my self Samsung is an amazing brand which I soon found the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65". Which I ordered. For the price and being name brand, I couldn't pass it up. When the TV arrived at my house the box was pretty beat up. Which I saw that Samsung has packed the inside perfectly where nothing was damaged. I set up the TV which was pretty easy. The app Smart things was a little tricky as it did freeze during set up. I had to continue the set up through the remote then go back to the app. Now that works fine as well. I like that the TV comes with 2 clips to secure and hide cables and the power cords to the legs/stand on the TV. Now I have the TV set up and connected to the internet. I found the apps are easy to use. It also was easy to comment via WiFi to my network. We have used facebook live, Prime Video, and HBO Go. There is an issue with Prime Video and this Samsung TV. Hoping it gets resolved soon, so to access Prime Video I had to connect my fire stick. Which it worked fine. Now the TV and quality. The picture is amazing! The crystal technology really allows for different shades of colors which gives so much more dimensions. Watching cartoons you can even see the difference! The screen on the TV pretty much takes up the whole front of the tv without having a frame. Making the TV seem bigger. I really enjoy this TV and it exceeds all expectations for the cost! I highly recommend this tv to all my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65 and I'm so impressed and blown away how amazing the picture looks. It was easy to assemble and also easy to hook up to my devices. My phone,video game console,and laptop are connected to it and even that was easy to do. This tv is the best tv I have ever brought so far in my life hands down. My friends can't even go pass the tv without stopping to look at it. The apps on it makes things also alot easier so I don't even need to use my phone or video game console to connect so I can use them myself and my son can watch his apps he likes. Its the best of both worlds ever since I got the tv and it's been the best investment I made since. I think anybody that has a chance to get this tv should. The sound even is phenomenal and I haven't even turn the volume up halfway yet. All my devices run through this tv so even when I lose the remote control,like I always do I can use my other devices to turn my tv on or change the channel. It needs wifi and internet connection to use these extra features but even without internet you still won't be disappointed. I strongly recommend getting this awesome and amazing Samsung tv and trust me you won't regret it. I sure dont and I promise you,You won't either.
